The Accountability Mastery Program™ includes everything top-level leaders need to understand, practice and integrate The Accountability System for better business results.

The Accountability Mastery Program™ is a 9-month private coaching program for top-level leaders who want to increase their capability for producing results through others and develop a climate of accountability in their firm/organization.

Participants in The Accountability Mastery Program™ receive the following:

Alan will personally work with you to develop a solid foundation for accountability based on his key concepts of The Accountability System.
He’ll help you clarify your goals and identify any blind spots that may hinder your success.
He will assist you in creating an Accountability Plan and step-by-step strategies for effectively putting the accountability system into practice.
You’ll get on-going private coaching support while you lead your firm away from a culture of “have-to” to a culture of “want-to”. Your coaching sessions provide a safe place to – explore sensitive issues, get constructive feedback and formulate productive methods for overcoming challenges.

The Accountability Mastery Program™ includes:

A full day private off-site consultation with Alan to discuss his book and to determine the building blocks needed to build your solid foundation using the Accountability System.
Support, materials and tools for executing and implementing your personal Accountability Plan, including a copy of The Accountability Factor.
360° feedback assessment or team effectiveness assessment and personalized debrief.
Scheduled coaching sessions per month via phone (in-person available to local clients).
A private off-site consultation with Alan in the final month of coaching to support you in fine tuning your skills and to ensure your continued confidence with using your accountability system.
The option to continue coaching month-to-month after the initial program.
