Business Coaching

Accountability Business Coaching Accountability Business Coaching helps you discover all possibilities and potential that exists for you in your business.

Accountability Business Coaching will empower you to jettison your career, jump start your business, and help you become a better respected, more effective leader. We help you reduce your drama, relieve your stress, and improve your bottom line.

Our Accountability Business Coach-Approach helps you identify your challenges — what’s stopping or blocking you — and helps you construct accountability action steps needed to achieve your most advantageous, profitable and desired outcome for you and your business.

Why Should You Care?

Consider asking yourself:

  1. Do you feel that you are operating at full potential in your business?
  2. Are you concerned about your future due to the recent decline in the economy?
  3. Do you have a supportive, non-judgmental, experienced business strategist in your corner?
  4. Are you short on time and big on responsibility?
  5. Do you have a situation or problem – business or personal that is, frankly, messing up your life?
  6. Do you wish you could better develop safe, open communication with your peers, employees, subordinates, vendors, stakeholders, and your clients and customers?
  7. Do you want to fine tune your strategic thinking, decision making, delegation, and follow up?
  8. Do you wish you could reduce your turnover, cultivate your team, and inspire peak performance from your people?
  9. Are you stuck finding balance with work, family, and personal time to create a healthy and more meaningful lifestyle?
  10. Are you spending a good part of your day putting out fires (doing the job for others) versus being “Smoky the Bear” and preventing fires?

Only you know how or at what level you honestly answered these questions? What do you want to do?

Some BENEFITS you can receive using our Accountability Business Coaching approach:

  1. You will create less stress, more time, and a better bottom line.
  2. You will better master your time (time management is an oxymoron!).
  3. You will reduce drama, doubt, and debate in your business and personal life.
  4. You will achieve a more balanced and healthier lifestyle.
  5. You will finally be able to clarify and implement your goals in both your business and personal life.
  6. You will put passion back into your life and your business.
  7. You will build a team that gets things done in your business.
  8. You will reduce complacency and turn talk into action with yourself and your people.
  9. You will improve sales, productivity, employee retention, and/or customer loyalty within your business.
  10. You will become more accountable to yourself and have others become more accountable to you.

Why will coaching work for you?

1. Your Collaborative Partnership:

First, your coaching works because you’ve got a collaborative partner in your coach — someone who is there for you, has probably “been there and done that” and who understands the creative and achievement process; and, knows when to pull you, when to push you, and when to shut up!

2. Spaced Repetition:

You and your coach meet on a regularly scheduled basis, referred to as “Spaced Repetition” (generally twice per month) which gives you just enough time to “try on” what you learned in the previous coaching session yet not too much time in between where your action steps become irrelevant. Consistency is the key in coaching which leads to your sustainable growth.

3. A Personal Focus on You!

It’s your show!

Business Coaching works because you focus on you, not just the goal. We say there are two parts to sustainable success: the Who (You) and the What (the Goal). To work exclusively on the Goal, the What, can make you one-dimensional thus limiting the opportunity you have to develop and evolve, which are key to your long-term achievement.

What YOU need to get started:

All you need to get value from coaching is a strong desire to achieve something, a willingness to learn new ways of going about it with openness to include someone else in the process. That’s it. That’s all you need. You don’t even need to know exactly what your goals are or to have everything in order in your life. That can be part of the process. Come as you are. That’s the best place for you to start!

- Larry Kraemer, Vice President, Harkins Builders

“The benefits of coaching appear to win over even the most cynical clients within just a few weeks.”

- MONEY MAGAZINE

Asked for a conservative estimate of the monetary payoff from the coaching they got, these managers described an average return of more than $100,000, or about six times what the coaching had cost their companies.

- FORTUNE MAGAZINE

“Why engage in the coaching process? Coaching is a method of becoming a more effective manager and leader by finding out what you know about yourself and using your personality preferences, strengths and knowledge to lead and manage more effectively. None of us are perfect, but we can be accountable and therefore, expect others to be accountable as well. Thank you, Alan.”

- Milli Pierce, Executive Director, Firm for Educational Excellence (FFEE)

“You gave me some of the best counsel and advice that anyone could expect. Your feedback has helped guide me in making several career decisions. Close friends, relatives, and business associates cannot provide the type of support that a coach can; they are either too close or just not capable of providing the type of feedback and advice that is needed. I thank you again.”

- Jay Lutskus, Corporate Executive

Executive coaches are not for the meek. They’re for people who value unambiguous feedback. All coaches have one thing in common; it’s that they are ruthlessly results-oriented.”

- FAST COMPANY MAGAZINE

“I just wanted to thank you…for your time, energy, and ability to always ask the right question. I can honestly say that as a result of our coaching sessions, I am truly a better person…on both a personal & professional level. You are a tremendous coach.”

- Steve Kozak, Executive Director, Greater Baltimore Technology Council, Inc.
