Where the Buck Started for Alan
I first learned the importance of accountability as an eight year old baseballer expected to show up on time, every time, ready to play ball. As I matured, accountability meant taking personal responsibility without fault, blame or excuse. “Owning it” makes it worth more.
As a business owner, I appreciate the fact that without accountability, businesses fail. Accountability has been big for my clients, and is the subject of my book and the system I created. Helping others win through accountability takes me back to the days when I was eight years old, winning baseball games.
